As part of our Advisory and Co-ordination system, you will in most instances receive several items from 'The Wedding Organisers', at different times through your Wedding Planning process, for the various options they are as follows:-
THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT and in the early stages of our discussions, we will jointly prepare and develop a negotiated and accepted budget. You will receive a copy, which is used by both of us on a regular basis, to monitor progress and consider any alternative actions that may be required. This is a detailed and thorough budget process, which helps ensure you do not encounter unforeseen financial problems.
Local clients are provided with a detailed Wedding Planner, which covers every significant area of your planning needs. It includes all checklists, documentation and the planning schedules that are required to successfully arrange your wedding. This is a working document that is built together as we develop the wedding plan.
You also receive a personalised time frame checklist for your wedding, which covers all the major and significant items to be considered leading up to your wedding. PLEASE NOTE this has some 250 items not the 50/60 given in most bridal magazines. This list is monitored regularly with you, to ensure all that has to be done has been completed within the set time frame.
You are provided with details of 'vetted' professional Service Providers from the extensive range registered with us, covering all the major categories required and that are suited to your budget, style and personality. The majority of these provide our clients with a discount off their services, which can of course amount to a significant saving for you and naturally, you choose whoever you wish. Service Providers have been selected as part of our team for their professionalism, quality of service and value for money - attributes we believe are essential to achieving a successful wedding day.
If required you will receive a list of questions to ask the major Service Providers, which will greatly help you in understanding their business and assist you in making informed decisions regarding those you feel most comfortable with.
All of the relevant people in your wedding party will receive detailed individual checklists, detailing the general and specific responsibilities of that person. This helps them greatly, as they can then take the appropriate actions at the correct time, so nothing major gets overlooked.
You willreceive a personalised Identification Card, valid until your wedding date, which entitles you to all discounts negotiated with the Service Providers, which are of course given DIRECTLY to you. This can represent a considerable saving.
You receive free unlimited access to 'The Wedding Organisers', their resources and information via phone, fax, e-mail or personally.
