We have NO hidden costs or charges. The one initial fee covers all of the planning and organisational services you require, all the planning meetings held with us and the many hours required to ensure everything is in order. We feel confident that you can save more than our fees by taking full advantage of our expertise and the service and benefits offered by the 'vetted' professional Service Providers you have available to you.

Put in perspective. Having your wedding planned and organised takes many months of dedication and hard work, yet costs considerably less than a photographer for one day!!

FEE STRUCTURE

Our fees are up front and affordable and NO GST is applicable.

We provide two options for unlimited and limited access to The Wedding Organisers, our resources, and 'Vetted' Service Providers, detailed budgets, checklists and planning schedules for the Bride and the wedding party and the provision of all the planning requirements and systems that you will need.

Our cost structure is also very fair. Unlike many other programs, our fee is a once only fixed cost and there are NO extra charges, or hourly rates for such things as:-

• Phone, faxes, e.mail or photocopying.
• Draft Budget and Ceremony planning.
• Handling payments to Service providers.
• Handling RSVP's.
• Preparation of Guest Lists.
• Preparation of Reception layout and seating plans.
• Preparation of transport plans.
• Unlimited hours spent on your wedding.
• Vehicle mileage or emergency use of our vehicle.
• Draft Speeches and draft Reception programs.
• Helping other wedding participants.

This invaluable and readily affordable help is accessible to you. Also in specific circumstances fees are negotiable.
